Apple updated its holiday return policy on Tuesday, extending time for return of holiday gifts and goods purchased in America. The items bought from Apple’s online store between November 10 and December 25, 2020 can be returned before January 8, 2021, which provides over two weeks’ time to return items for holiday purchasers.
These dates are applicable to American stores, but Apple also extended return policy in other countries. And the time for returns varies in different countries.
The goods purchased from Apple’s online store between November 11 and December 25, 2020 can be returned before January 8, 2021. Please attention, all other terms and conditions stipulated in Apple’s online store’s sales and refund policy are still applicable to such purchases. And all the goods purchased after December 25, 2020 are applicable to the standard return policy.
Part of the goods are not included in the return policy, such as Apple and App store gift card, but iPhone, Pad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV and accessories can be returned. Purchased equipment can be opened and used before returned, but its original package must be maintained.
The products purchased before November 10, 2020 or after December 25, 2020 will be applicable to Apple’s standard 14-day return policy.
When announcing the new holiday time for returns, meanwhile, Apple shared its annual gift guide. This gift guide contains pictures and texts of Apple products themed on holiday, and offers suggestions for gifts such as iPhone, AirPods, Apple gift card, Apple Watch, HomePod mini and so on.
